Lathrop Generations Center

Diede Construction, Inc. was the awarded General Contractor on the project "Lathrop Generations Center", located at 450 Spartan Way, Lathrop, CA 95330. This project was certified as Silver for LEED. The project was completed one month before its estimated completion date. The site work consisted of a 6.0 acre community complex, that included a 0.8 acre access road, a 20,000 square foot skate park facility, 10,000 square feet of park tour recreation area, a ball wall, community gardens and an amphitheater with a covered stage. The new construction building consisted of a +/-9,800 square foot community and teen center, along with a branch of the San Joaquin County Public Library. The work to the new building included, but was not limited to all foundations, walls, structural supports, fenestration, roofing, and interior and exterior finishes, and other items.
