MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING UNITS
The Hawaii Public Housing Authority funded the upgrades of 7 multifamily housing units, with improvements including:
New roofs, windows, and exterior doors
Bathroom upgrades, including new fixtures and bathtub surrounds
New kitchen cabinets and appliances
Upgrades in kitchens and baths of 3 units, bringing them into ADA compliance
Exterior painting of all units and interior painting of vacant units.
Lot paving, adding ADA compliant parking and access routes.
