Roberts Ferry

Diede Construction, Inc was awarded for the project Roberts Ferry Elementary School in Waterford, CA. The contract value was estimated to be $1,946,903 with a square footage around 4,160. This project consisted to construct a retaining wall and soil fill to accommodate the reorientation of the playing field, expand the parking lot and bring the fire lane access and bus drop off to current standards, and to provide the fire hydrants and water storage tank per current standard. Diede construction also had to construct accessible ramp to the lower level basketball and volleyball court, relocate two existing portable classrooms, provide new landing/ramps per new code requirement, excavate and construction concrete foundation for the library/classroom buildings, and interconnect the fire alarm and communications systems with existing buildings.
