Assisting our clients with their financing is one of DDC’s core strengths. Tapping into DDC’s substantial network of real estate lenders and other financing sources enables our clients to obtain finance packages appropriate to their project and their investment goals.

Our reciprocal relationships with the financial community also help us in land acquisition. Lenders keep us apprised as properties of interest become available, and we pass this knowledge on to our clients.

For our facility management clients, DDC closely monitors financial information. We assure that operating, repair and exit costs are allocated according to the lease and that repair/replacement of capital items are amortized appropriately.
